Hablaremos sobre los avances y las brechas que persisten en la región, el impacto del Manifiesto por la Equidad e Inclusión de las Mujeres en STEAM, y las acciones necesarias para impulsar su participación en sectores como la inteligencia artificial, la ciberseguridad y el emprendimiento tecnológico.
También exploraremos cómo garantizar entornos laborales inclusivos, cerrar la brecha salarial, visibilizar más referentes femeninos y desarrollar las competencias clave que les permitan acceder a oportunidades de alto impacto.
