Conditions and restrictions

  • During the week of September 2 to 5, 2025, the Las Américas Hotel Complex is exclusively reserved for the ANDICOM Congress. Therefore, anyone booking and staying at the hotel must have a confirmed registration for ANDICOM 2025. Accommodation in the Congress’ partner hotels is subject to the availability/spots each hotel has at the time of booking through the official Congress website. It is important to clarify that CINTEL holds no responsibility for reservations, payments, availability, vacancies, or any other services generated through this link: https://andicom.co/en/hoteles/ All contractual relationships will be directly between the hotel and the participants.
  • All fees are presented as COP + taxes. The COP fees apply to legal entities and natural persons residing in Colombia.
  • All USD fees include taxes.
  • The present fees are valid until the expiration date of each cut-off period.
  • Group rates are valid for a single transaction. Should an additional registration be required, the individual rate value according to the validity period/cut-off of the new purchase shall apply.
  • Registration is personal and non-transferable. The registration and use of the accreditation badge, which is the valid individual identifier provided by CINTEL entitling a Participant to participate in and enter the Event, is personal and non-transferable. CINTEL reserves the right to remove from the Congress any persons wearing a badge that does not belong to them.
  • Reemplazas por este texto en inglés: The Participant acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the safekeeping of the badge and wristband provided by CINTEL for their participation in the Congress. Without these, access to the event will not be granted. Therefore, in the event of loss or forgetfulness, the participant must request a new badge and/or wristband from CINTEL, and will be fully responsible for covering the additional cost of reissuance.
  • All personal belongings brought to the Event are done so at the Participant's own risk, and the Participant is responsible for safeguarding said belongings at all times.
  • CINTEL expressly reserves its right to deny admission or registration, to remove, prohibit, or expel a Participant, or to revoke any Participant's entry or access to any part of the Event, without refund, liability, or compensation, as a result of: (1) any illegal, unsafe, offensive, or threatening behavior that CINTEL may reasonably consider and at its discretion deem harmful to the Event; or (2) circumstances that CINTEL determines affect the safety or order of the Event.
  • In the event of force majeure or fortuitous event under the terms of the law, the participant may decline their registration by sending the request to the email address [email protected], until July 11, 2025 (requires analysis of each specific case and approval by CINTEL), in which case a refund of up to 75% of the value of the fee paid will be made. In the event that the cancellation request is made after July 11, 2025, no refund will be made to the participant, special agreement between the parties, which is ratified and accepted by digital registration / signature of the registration document. In any event of force majeure, fortuitous event, unforeseeability, and irresistibility, under the terms of Article 64 of the Colombian Civil Code, that affects the execution of the Congress, without the need for prior judicial declaration, CINTEL shall be exempt from the fulfillment of its obligation and may modify the conditions of time, manner, and place of the fulfillment of its obligations, without any obligation to refund the participants.
  • CINTEL reserves the right of admission. Attendees who obtain Congress tickets acquired by natural or legal persons who have debts with CINTEL and/or persons who work in companies that have debts with CINTEL will not be allowed entry to the congress, and if they enter, they will be asked to leave the premises.
