Terms and Conditions
- All fees are presented in COP + taxes; COP rates apply to companies and natural persons residing in Colombia.
- All USD rates include taxes.
- The current rates are valid until the expiration date of each period established.
- Group rates are valid for a single transaction. If additional registration is required, the individual rate applies according to the validity period of the new purchase.
- Registration is personal and non-transferable.
- In the event of force majeure or fortuitous event as defined by law, the participant may decline their registration by sending a request to the email [email protected], until July 12, 2024 (subject to approval by CINTEL), in which case a refund of up to 75% of the paid fee will be made. If the cancellation request is made after July 12, 2024, no refund will be made to the participant/company, an agreement between the parties, ratified and accepted through digital registration/signature of the registration document. In any event of force majeure, fortuitous event, unpredictability, and irresistibility, within the terms of the law of Article 64 of the Colombian Civil Code, affecting the execution of the Congress, without the need for prior judicial declaration, CINTEL will be exempt from fulfilling its obligation and may modify the conditions of time, manner, and place of fulfillment of its obligations, without obligation of any refund to the participants.
- CINTEL reserves the right of admission. Attendees who obtain Congress entrances purchased by natural or legal persons with debts to CINTEL and/or individuals working in companies with debts to CINTEL will not be allowed entry to the congress, and if they enter, they will be asked to leave the premises.
