Does the congress have sessions or content in English?
Yes, ANDICOM has a global vision and brings together international leaders and experts from the technology sector. Therefore, it includes sessions in English, with simultaneous translation through artificial intelligence to guarantee a smooth experience for all attendees.
Is there a platform or application to manage my agenda and connect with other attendees during the event?
Yes, the official ANDICOM app allows you to manage your personalized agenda, connect with other attendees, and access key tools to make the most of the content and networking of the congress.
Are there special rates for groups?
Yes, there are preferential rates for business groups of 5 to 7 people and 8 or more, as long as the registration is made in a single transaction and all participants belong to the same organization.
Will there be a virtual or remote access modality to the congress?
ANDICOM is a 100% in-person event, designed to maximize networking and business opportunities. However, some speakers will participate remotely and registered attendees will be able to access streaming of the most relevant conferences from the official app.
How can I apply as a speaker or propose a session for the agenda?
The ANDICOM academic agenda is built under high standards of quality and relevance. Participation as a speaker is linked to the sponsorship categories Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and all proposals are evaluated according to their alignment with the central theme of the congress.
Condiciones y restricciones
1. During the week of September 1–4, 2026, the Hotel Las Américas Complex is exclusively reserved for the ANDICOM Congress. Therefore, any person who books and stays at the hotel must have a confirmed registration for ANDICOM 2026. Accommodation in the Congress partner hotels is subject to availability and quotas at the time of booking through the Congress website. It is important to note that CINTEL assumes no responsibility for reservations, payments, availability, quotas, or any related services; all contractual relationships will be directly between the hotel and the participants.
2. All rates are presented in COP + taxes. COP rates apply to legal entities and individuals residing in Colombia.
3. All rates in USD include taxes.
4. These rates are valid until the expiration date of each pricing period.
5. Group rates are valid for a single transaction. If an additional registration is required, the individual rate applicable at the time of the new purchase will apply.
6. Registration is personal and non-transferable. The registration and use of the badge, which is the official individual identifier provided by CINTEL granting a Participant the right to attend and access the Event, is personal and non-transferable. CINTEL reserves the right to remove from the Congress any person wearing a badge that does not belong to them.
7. The Participant acknowledges that they are solely responsible for safeguarding the badge and wristband provided by CINTEL for participation in the Congress. Without them, entry to the event will not be permitted. In the event of loss or forgetfulness, the Participant must request a new badge and/or wristband from CINTEL and will be fully responsible for the additional cost of reissuance.
8. All personal belongings brought to the Event are at the Participant’s own risk, and the Participant is responsible for safeguarding such belongings at all times.
9. CINTEL expressly reserves the right to deny admission or registration, remove, prohibit, or expel a Participant, or revoke access to any Participant or any part of the Event, without refund, liability, or compensation, as a result of: (1) any illegal, unsafe, offensive, or threatening behavior that CINTEL reasonably determines, at its sole discretion, to be detrimental to the Event; or (2) circumstances that CINTEL determines affect the safety or order of the Event.
10. In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, as defined by law, the Participant may cancel their registration by sending a request to [email protected] until July 10, 2026 (subject to case-by-case review and approval by CINTEL). If approved, a refund of up to 75% of the fee paid will be issued. If the cancellation request is submitted after July 10, 2026, no refund will be granted, as per the agreement between the parties, which is confirmed and accepted through the digital registration/signature of this document. In any case of force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, unpredictability, or irresistibility, under Article 64 of the Colombian Civil Code, affecting the execution of the Congress, CINTEL shall be exempt from fulfilling its obligations and may modify the conditions of time, manner, and place of performance, without any obligation to issue refunds to participants.
11. CINTEL reserves the right of admission. Attendees who obtain tickets purchased by individuals or legal entities with outstanding debts to CINTEL, and/or individuals working for companies with outstanding debts to CINTEL, will not be allowed entry to the Congress. If they gain access, they may be asked to leave the premises.
12. The data subject, by registering for and attending the ANDICOM Congress, authorizes photographic and/or audiovisual recording (including the editing of photographs/videos using AI tools to enhance quality and ensure consistency) throughout the event, for the purpose of publication, news generation, and dissemination across media outlets, portals/platforms/apps/mailings, event screens, and CINTEL’s social media channels. In all cases, the organizers will respect authorship and intellectual property rights of the materials used in promotional or advertising content, without implying any remuneration and/or financial compensation.
