Under this guiding theme, ANDICOM 2026 will structure its agenda around four strategic territories that reflect the integrated nature of this transformation: artificial intelligence, as the engine of the new digital economy; cybersecurity and digital trust, as an essential condition for development; connectivity and technological infrastructure, as the foundation that makes innovation possible; and public policy and regulation, as the institutional framework required to guarantee an ethical, secure and equitable digital future. These four pillars are not parallel topics—they are the interdependent dimensions of a single transformation. For Latin America, this conversation carries particular urgency. The region faces a historic opportunity to capture the real economic impact of artificial intelligence, but doing so demands leadership, strategic vision and well-informed decisions. ANDICOM 2026 is designed to be the space where those decisions are built: a forum where business leaders, public authorities and global experts—including, for the first time, the European Union as guest of honor—convene in Cartagena from September 1 to 4 to activate the region’s digital future and consolidate ANDICOM as Latin America’s leading congress on artificial intelligence.
